Care and Use
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cold cycle, it’s best not to use laundry detergent as this can leave a strong scent on the products. Air dry to keep the fleece plush and clean. We recommend putting them into a laundry bag. Please check your toy before and after each play session.

Do not leave this toy around for your dog to play with on their own. These products have been designed for interactive play with your puppy or dog.

We aim to make and dispatch all our products within 7 days of when the order has been received. Please do allow extra time if you placed your order over a weekend or a bank holiday.

If we don’t have the colour of fleece in stock it can take up to 4 days for us to receive the fabric from our suppliers. We will notify you if there are likely to be any delays with processing your order.

Please be advised the colours may appear differently on  your screen to the actual colour of the fleece.
